FinanceOps Forecasting Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Native Agtech, Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with FinanceOps Forecasting (the "Application").
The Application is an internal read-only finance forecasting and reporting tool used to aggregate business data from authorized systems such as QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, and banking data providers.
1. Information We Collect
The Application may process the following categories of information:
- Accounting data, such as invoices, bills, payments, customers, vendors, chart of accounts, profit and loss reports, and balance sheet reports.
- CRM data, such as deals, companies, pipeline stages, close dates, deal amounts, owners, and related forecast fields.
- Banking data, such as account names, account identifiers, balances, transaction dates, transaction descriptions, and transaction amounts.
- Application metadata, such as sync timestamps, source freshness, audit events, configuration status, and operational logs.
- User-provided configuration values, such as integration settings and planning assumptions.
The Application is not intended to collect consumer payment credentials, card numbers, bank login credentials, Social Security numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive personal information.
2. How We Use Information
We use information processed by the Application to:
- Generate cash flow forecasts and runway analyses.
- Prepare finance dashboards, exports, summaries, and internal reports.
- Reconcile bank cash to accounting or forecast records.
- Monitor data freshness, integration status, and source quality.
- Support internal financial planning, operating decisions, and auditability.
We do not use information processed by the Application for advertising, consumer profiling, or sale of personal information.
3. Read-Only Integrations
Where supported, the Application uses read-only access to connected systems. The Application is designed not to initiate payments, money movement, ACH transfers, wires, accounting record writes, invoice writes, bill writes, CRM writes, or similar changes to source systems unless Company separately approves and implements such functionality.
4. Sharing of Information
Information processed by the Application may be shared only with:
- Authorized Company personnel and service providers who need access for business, security, operational, or support purposes.
- Integration providers, such as QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, and banking data providers, as necessary to connect and retrieve authorized data.
- Legal, regulatory, or security recipients when required by law or necessary to protect Company rights, systems, users, or data.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Data Storage and Security
The Application may store source snapshots, exports, audit logs, and configuration records in Company-controlled systems. Company uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
No system is perfectly secure, and Company cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
Company retains Application data for as long as needed for internal finance operations, auditability, forecasting, compliance, backup, and legitimate business purposes, unless a shorter or longer retention period is required by law or Company policy.
7. Access and Correction
Because the Application is an internal business tool, requests to access, correct, export, or delete information should be directed to Company through the contact information below. Some data may need to be corrected in the source system, such as QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, or the relevant banking provider.
8. Third-Party Services
The Application may connect to third-party services authorized by Company. Use of those services is also governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
